Events 

We will be at various academic conferences in 2025 and 2026.

Most immediately, Dr Milan Terlunen will be presenting work from the project at the North American Victorian Studies Association’s 2025 conference and the Modern Language Association’s 2026 convention’s ‘Literature and the Archive’ panel. 

Dr Hannah Field will present a paper entitled 'Ghost Books: Absence, Neglect, and Spoliation' at the 'Spoliation, Damage, and the Ecological History of Paper' symposium at the University of Passau in Germany on 4 and 5 December 2025.

Stay tuned for news about our project conference on hidden data in book history and the digital humanities, scheduled for 2028. Additionally, we will be holding a training event for PhD researchers and early-career scholars at the end of the project.
